General Terms of Use:

 

JustBaby Ltd reserves the right to make changes / additions to website content, product information, prices and delivery information without notice. All product prices include VAT where applicable in accordance with current Republic of Ireland VAT rates. All item(s) remain the property of JustBaby Ltd until full payment has been received. All orders are processed Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm excluding bank/public holidays.

JustBaby Ltd are not responsible for delays in deliveries carried out by third parties. Shipping and Delivery times specified are in accordance with information provided by our third party partners and may vary slightly from time to time. JustBaby Ltd have made all reasonable effort to ensure that all photographs accurately reflect the item being sold. Item colours may vary depending on the quality of different monitors. Items used for photographic enhancements such as props and ribbons etc. are used for display purposes only and may not be included as part of the purchased item(s). Only the items specified in the product description are included with the purchased item(s)

 

Confirmation of Order:

You will receive a confirmation email confirming your order as soon as the order is placed (this will also contain your electronic receipt) and a second confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. These confirmations are sent via email so please ensure that you have provided us with the correct email address.

Pricing

Prices are shown on each product and include VAT where applicable. We offer different bundles of products with discounts associated. If you decide to purchase a bundle the discount will be applied at the checkout stage. You can also add on any additional discount coupons at this stage.

Availability:

All items are subject to availability, in the event that your purchased item is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you. If your order is delayed and we are unable to complete your order due to unavailability of stock, an exchange or a full refund will be offered.

Liability:

JustBaby Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any losses, costs or expenses of whatsoever nature, consequential or otherwise, which arise from the use of the service, and/or from the use of any products purchased.

Privacy Policy:

All customer information such as name, address and email information is collected for the purpose of order processing and will under no circumstances be released to third party sources.

JustBaby Ltd does not collect, store or have access to customer credit card or financial information. All credit card transactions are handled by PayPal encrypted merchant services for the purpose of using this website. All personal information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL. JustBaby Ltd is not responsible for personal loss, damage or misuse of this service.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when you finish using a shared computer.

Our website uses cookies to give you a tailored, personalised shopping experience each time you use our website by remembering your preferences and product searches etc . Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Suggested text: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
